The PQCC comes together as a community of technologists, researchers, and expert practitioners to drive progress toward broader understanding and public adoption of post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and the associated National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards. The PQCC will emphasize classical cryptosystems with quantum-safe security (vs quantum solutions) to enable information security in an era of cryptographically relevant quantum computers. 

By being members in the Post-Quantum Cryptography Coalition (PQCC) we agree to:

• Participation in the PQCC is voluntary and fee-free.
• The PQCC platform shall not be used to advance or otherwise support individual members’ products or technology.
• The work of the PQCC shall be in the public interest and for the public good.
• All members will conduct themselves in a cordial, respectful manner during all PQCC activities.
• New members to the PQCC shall be determined by a membership policy to be drafted in consultation with the PQCC’s founding members and in accordance with applicable antitrust laws.
